6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In addition to refunds, we also accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the same period. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original condition and packaging. You can either drop off the products at our store or return them by mail. If the issue is on our side, we will provide a complimentary pickup service.

6.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

6.3 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as saffron cannot be returned.
